Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
How long are your contracts?
All Line-Up plans are month to month unless otherwise agreed.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, if you decide that Line-Up isn't fulfilling your requirements you can cancel your account and will be able to continue to use Line-Up until end of your billing cycle when you will automatically move onto our Pay As You Go plan.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on plans when they are paid upfront. Contact Us if you'd like to learn more.
Can I change my plan later on?
Of course; you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Is Line-Up PCI Compliant or PCI Certified?
All payment processing is powered by Stripe which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
What are the payment processing fees?
Payment processing fees apply in addition to the fees from Line-Up. Fees will be dependent on your location and/or the where the buyer's payment card is registered. Indicative rates are 1.4% + 20p per transaction (not per-ticket) for a European customer accepting payment from a buyer with a European payment card.
Does Line-Up integrate with other payment processors, e.g. Paypal?
Not currently, no.
